A vasorrú bába már két hete hízlalta Jancsit és Juliskát.
- Finom vacsora lesz belőlük – gondolta.
Aztán kezébe került egy könyv a kannibálokról. Elszégyellte magát, és elengedte a gyerekeket. Kínjában rákapott az édességre. Már a mézeskalács ház padlását ropogtatta, amikor váratlanul meghalt.
…Cukorbeteg volt.
